Air Source Heat Pumps

Unleashing Efficient Heating: Harnessing Air with Heat Pumps

An Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), also known as a Heat Source Air Pump, is a device that extracts heat from the ambient air and transfers it to a desired space for heating purposes. It operates by absorbing heat from the outdoor air and raising its temperature to provide heating or hot water.

By utilising the freely available heat in the outdoor air, Air Source Heat Pumps can provide efficient and cost-effective heating for homes, offices, and other buildings. They can be used for space heating as well as for heating domestic hot water.

It’s worth noting that Air Source Heat Pumps can also be reversed to provide cooling during warmer seasons by extracting heat from the indoor space and releasing it outside.

All of our energy efficiency measures are installed completley free of charge to the customer. The ECO4 scheme is fully government funded.

The more energy-efficient your home is, the less energy you use. This means you will save money on your energy bills while reducing your carbon footprint and helping to reduce the impact on the environment.

Yes, the Eco grant has no bearing over the energy supplier that you are using. It is completely independent.

Internal Wall Insulation is the insulating of the internal surface of external (heat losing) walls. This work is done by fitting a rigid insulation board to the wall ensuring all heat stays within the building.

Boiler upgrades are available, if your home meets the eligibility criteria.
